Could Bumps On Face Be From Prednisone, Nasal Spray Or Cough Syrup?

I have developed little bumps on my face in my cheek area. I have been treated for a stage of whopping cough. I have been on two different antibotics, predizone, nazzel spray, two different inhales and two different cough syrup. Can these bumps be caused by the above
