Could Bumpy Areas In Fleshy Part Of Buttocks Be Due To Heat?
My husband has little bumpy lumpy areas in the fleshy part of his buttocks they are not sore Orr red and do not hurt. However they itch.They are palpable when you run your finger down his cheek . We were out walking in the heat a lot today could that have anything to do due to the sudden onset?

exposing to a lot of heat will lead to increased sweating in that areas.
increased sweating will be sometimes associated with itching.
do try to wear loose and cotton clothes in that area.
better it would be if there is a lot of ventilation in the surroundings.
do put prickly heat powder.
things will improve

Thank you for your contact to health care magic.I understand your concern. If I am your doctor I suggest you that such incident won't happens after heat in atmosphere. It only happens if one is working in high heat producing industry. You can use prednisolone low dose, Aceclofenac for pain, cetrizine for itching , if the blood is clotted on bruise kindly give time to body to absorb clotted blood.
