Could Burning In The Penis Be Caused By Bacteria Radiating From The Acid Reflux In The Stomach?

Hi in January i had got acid reflux...after a couple days of heartburn, and pain i had got better, the symptoms of acid reflux returned a week after but also lasted for a couple of days until i got better again and slowly the heartburn associated with different foods went away as well. Though sometimes i do feel inside that something is coming up but unable to i was fine. What I did notice as well was that sometimes during the day or after eating i would get a pain inside my stomach whenever i squeezed in. I had watched some yoga videos for healing acid reflux and one of the methods was pulling the stomach when breathing as well, the first day i did this i kept breathing that way until all the pain in my stomach was actually gone. Two weeks later i felt the same pain but very frequently but never as intense. I associated this pain as the bad bacteria in my stomach. So one night while breathing and pushing my stomach in with the breath i felt that the pain in my stomach had dropped below the stomach and went around my upper thighs and around my penis. This pain was kind of like a cramp or seemingly as the whole area was internally bruised. Right then i felt a short pinching on the tip of my penis. I had never felt this before, it would only stay for a few seconds. Then the pain around my thighs, penis had stopped that night but the pinching would come for a few seconds the days onward. Then one day I ejaculated after masturbation, I am not sexually active and this was also my first time ejaculating after several months of sperm retainment. The tip of my penis now burns after ejaculation and what I feel is (my theory) that the bacteria which was in my stomach has traveled down to my penis and sometimes i can feel there is something wrong in my penis and internally it feels like it might be bacteria or something which would make me internally weak or infected. I feel it is infected but it has happened out of the blue. Could this be related to acid reflux? Any answers on if my theory could be correct or it might be something else? Thanks.
