Could Burning, Inflammed And Swollen Penile Tip Indicate Damaged Frenulum?
56 year old male with foreskin removal late in life age 28. I am married, tried to hard too have intercourse with no full erection (diabetes has affected my erections now) , slammed penis to thee side. The base of the bottom tip is inflamed, swollen. I am thinking I tore/damaged the penis frenulum. It has a burning sensation 24/7 and stays inflamed.I am putting Vaseline and wrapping the penis with a wrap of toilet paper to help it heal. My urologist looked at my penis a year before and thought everything at the tip was too tight, so this might explain why I damaged it. What should I do?
Appears that having intercourse without full erection has tore the penis frenulum which is causing burning sensation and inflammation. You should apply antiseptic ointment like Furacin (Nitrofurazone) in the affected area and allow it to heal. Take care of your hygiene, do not scratch or touch.
Avoid using toilet papers to wrap the penis, it may infect the abrasion / wound. Open healing is better. It may take a couple of days to heal. Avoid intercourse for a couple of days. You are suggested to keep your blood glucose level under control at all cost with the help of medicine, natural herbs and balanced diet. Let the healing take place, don't bother about the erection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
