General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yeast infection can gives such presentation. Applying antifungal ointments like Miconazole will be helpful. I would also suggest using intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora. But, if you had any risky unprotected sex then better to go for STD panel test to rule out any possibility of STDs for being on safe side.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
