Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services. I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my surgical experience, bleeding in a catheter with previously normal urine may be due to
- blockage of tip of catheter inside the bladder through some sort of tissue debris, blood clot or else - underlying urinary tract infection
* Kindly get a urine microscopy report done for best possible evaluation and management ahead.
Thanks. Take care.
