Could Changed Size Of Testicles And Penis Indicate Poor Blood Circulation?

Hi my right testicle was hurting two yes ago and I went too the doctor for a check up he gave me pills and said my testicles was fine but now my testicles change in size plus my penis and my testicles don t hang in the shower anymore I don t if it is poor blood circulation or what..but my penis and testicles never look the way they look now

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
It is common for guys to have slightly different size testicles. Usually, the right testicle is larger than the left. Also, one testicle (usually the left) often hangs lower than the other.
Testicles hang within scrotum when the temperature outside is high & lie tightly in scrotum in winters. This is normal phenomenon.
Also there is increase in size of testicles after puberty upto age of 30 years. Also size and shape of penis changes with puberty.This does not indicate poor blood circulation.
