I don t know what was in the chemotherapy treatment I had starting in JAN.2013.I am wondering if what I am suffering now could be side effects after this period of time.I have severe pain in my left shoulder. It feels as though it is right in the bone.It radiates across my chest and my arm. I also have numbness in my hand and arm.My foot and leg swell and I get numbness in the foot, all this is on my left side.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the pain seems to be less likely associated with chemotherapy directly however you need to follow the tumor for which you took chemotherapy as if can be the tumor spread that is compressing that area.

Plus, you need to consult the doctor and get your sensory system of the arm examined as it seems to be nerve pain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
