Could Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer Be The Cause For Pain In Thumb And Wrist?

I was told, about 6 month ago, that I have de Quervaians Disease, got a cortisone shot and everything was good. I recently finished chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, and once again my thumb/wrist area is painful. I wondering if the chemo has anything to do with this returning....my activity level has been low.
