Could Chest Pain Be Due To A Heartburn?

I have chest pain and am wondering whether to go to accident and emergency or if it will just turn out a waste of time . I went to bed with it last night and woke during the night because of it.It feels like someone has their handaround my heart and is squeezing it when I breathe. Is it heartburn or something else?

Yes chest pain can be due to acute arthritis.But get ECG to confirm .Meanwhile pastor 40 will help.thankyou
