Could Combination Of Adderall And Robitussin Cause Positive Result For Meth?

Im on a prescription for adderall for my adhd n have had a head cold for a week and taking robitussin daily as well. My doctor performed random drug screen on a urinalysis for a suspected uti and came out positive for meth. Could this be due to the combination from adderall and robitussin/dimetapp?
