Could Constipation In A Alzheimer S Patient Be A Matter Of Concern?

My 83 year old mother also has moderate Alzheimers with history of bowel blockage. She has been on Linzess 290, Miralax 2x a day, Laculose solution 30 ml twice a day. She also had three enemas once a day. She has had no bowel movement in 8 days, should I take her to urgent care or would it be better at the emergency room?
