Could Cramping And White Discharge Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I have had 3 miscarrages and have been trying, I got my period after my last miscarriage took my fertility pills and now about two weeks later I took a test to early....it was negative ...anyway now im starting to have really thick white discharge like I did when I was pregnant could that be an early sign also have been cramping and really tired

These are not for diagnosis of pregnancy. You should have suspicion of pregnancy only when you are sexually active and miss the period. You should confirm it by urine pregnancy test. Better you go to your gynecologist and get usg done along with UPT.
