Hello, * As per my clinical experience, the dandruff and hair fall are not related to nocturnal emissions which are part of normal physiology reactions. * The dandruff and hair fall are in relation to possible fungal infection, which needs proper care of actions to cure it. - regular hair wash with protein conditioner - rinsing of roots of hair with ketoconazole lotion or cream - oral medications as doxycycline and fluconazole for desired period of time - balanced nutritious diet - supplement with zinc, copper, magnesium, selenium and B complex - avoid use of any commercial dye or colors in hair roots - avoid smoking if consuming.
