Could Dark Edges Around Areola, Sore Breasts And Pink Spotting Indicate Pregnancy?

Ttc for a while now . I stopped looking for symptoms the past few times . But this time around I actually noticed dark edginging around the outside of areola , and a few little white bumps, and they re so sore . I also had slight pink spoting a few hours ago.
