Could Dehydration Cause Cramps In Groin And Upper Thigh With Lightheadedness?
My husband, 54 years old, had severe groin & upper thigh cramps. He was in so much pain, he felt light headed. Then I walked him to the bathroom, he sat down to urinate, when he got up, he was so light headed he fell down. I gave him a bottle of gatorade - we thought maybe he was dehydrated. It seemed to alleviate the pain & he was okay in the morning. Can Dehydration cause this?
