General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to side effect of the Depo shot. The pregnancy probability is very low in this case because the Depo shot is a very strong contraceptive that works in an equal ratio over a period of three months. The Depo shot changes the menstrual cycle and can delay the periods.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
