Could Delayed Periods, Abdominal Pain And Tender Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?
My age is 30+, Blood pressure around 140 /90 , weight 120 kg with menstrual period of 30- 31 days. LMP on 4th April . Till today after 36 days periods are not happening. Present complications pain in the lower abdomen both anterior and posterior side specially in the morning and gets subsides till late afternoon, Tenderness of breasts and sometimes it feels like the periods will start. We follow the natural contraception and had on 11th April & 1st May. Am I susceptible to be pregnant , would like to get advice on this and if MTP possible by medicine at this juncture. Which medicine will be better for MTP?
Firstly pregnancy needs to be confirmed by urine pregnancy test or blood test. Ultrasound of pelvis can also be done. Termination can only be done after confirming pregnancy.
