Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Primolut N?

I had periods on last month 9th n my cycle will be for 28-30 days but this month still didn't get period I checked pragnency test also result s -ve, I have family function by next week so on 9th of this month had taken primoult N 2no tablets in a day, could u please let me know in this stage weather I need to continue d same tab to postpone my periods.
