I am 43 .years old and have giving birth to 6 healthy children but I have had several miscarriages. I am ten days late and have had regular cycles since my last child 3.5 years ago. Could I been starting menopause it more likely pregnant. I don t want to take a test so soon. It makes the pregnancy last way to long.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As you are 43 year old, you should know that irregular periods be first sign of approaching menopause.
Menopause is the period in a woman's life (typically between the ages of 40 and 50) when menstruation ceases.
If you had unprotected sex previously in the month, you might also be pregnant. As absence of period is also symptom of pregnancy.

Do a urine pregnancy test & if positive you should visit a Gynecologist
If negative there is nothing to worry

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
