Could Delayed Periods Be Related To Low Thyroid Levels?

Severely Hypothyroid but have not had treatment yet. Took a Plan B pill roughly a week and a half ago, have not gotten period yet. Stopped birth control about a month back because of the clash between my low thyroid levels and my birth control. I am aware that low thyroid levels can cause absent, or light periods. Could it mess with the plan B pill so my period is still irregular? Please help! Thank you.

Hello,

Having a plan B pill can make your periods irregular. Also, low thyroid can make them but this time it can be because of I pill.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
