Could Diarrhea And Vomiting Be Due To Teething?

My 9 1/2 month old has had loose stools for two days off and on and today he was pretty consistently having watery stools with undigested food in them. Along with that he vomited twice today and once yesterday but has been playing and laughing like normal. He is teething and tonight had two light gray stools. Is this all apart of teething or something else?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The loose motion and vomiting can occur secondary to the teething. Nothing to be panic, its a self limiting condition, but to be on the safer side, take loperamide for loose motion and antiemetic like domperidone.
The other possible cause can be a food poisoning. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
