Could Difficulty In Walking Be Due To A Neurological Disorder?

Dear doctor,

My mother is suffering joint pain and partial disability due to it after viral fever (similar to chikungunya however blood test was negative) Even after ~2 months fever was cured, she is not able to recover from joint pains and disability. Family physican says that it will take time to cure joint pains after viral fever.

She is suffering from osteoporosis, diabetes and hypertension and for ~last one year she is also suffering from lack of control on urination. She can walk in house using Walker but some times I observe that she is unable to step ahead as if she is paralyzed. Cold it be due to Neurological disorder?

Medicines ongoing: - Gluconorm G1 3 times a day for diabetes (Blood sugar F~130, PP ~200 upon consumption of three tablets a day)

Neuril (enalapril maleate) 2.5 mg twice a day: - BP is normal.

Trozyd (trospium chloride) 7.5mg in morning & Darilong (Darifenacin) 7.5 mg at bed time, for urine control. Can sense urgency of the urination but can’t control longer time due to disability

Shellcal-500, Supradin, Tab Fersoft Cap. Hosit plus (All multivitamin and mineral tablets)

Diet: - Reduced considerably after recovery of fever, in addition to routine meals, one boiled egg in morning and Protinex from milk twice a day as supplement due to reduced diet.
