Could Discharge From Urethra And Cloudy Urine Be Due To Bacterial Infection?

I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis, have been taking metronidazole 500mg for five days. Today I have been having a discharge from what seems like my urethra that is clear but dries crusty looking with yellow hue. I am not sure if it is vaginal discharge or urethra discharge. My urine has been more of an orange color since starting metronidazole.

Hi,
In case of bacterial vaginitis, antibiotics are given, you might be having trichomoniasis.
_ In case you are taking local ointment/vaginal pill along with metro- the urethral discharge may be the dried particle of vaginal pills / dried ointment. Even urine may be mixed with these. The orange colour to urine may possibly be that of metranidazol pill.
- If there is burning/ pain during urination,if there is fever with rigor you should get your urine checked for urinary infection.
