Could Dizziness And Light Headedness Be Due To Sinus Congestion?

I experienced a episode of dizziness on Friday - this was after a particularly stressful day at work. I went home and straight to bed and after a few hours it had passed. Today (Saturday) I was feeling light headed and went to the minor injuries unit at our local hospital. Blood pressure and blood sugar levels were normal. I was given Buccal tablets to take twice a day for 2 days. My sinuses are congested at present so have been using a Vic vapour inhaler to assist with this.
