Could Dizziness, Nausea, And Balance Issues After A Bicycle Accident Be A Sign Of A Concussion Or Another Injury?

i had a bicycle accident last week. there was a pothole on the road and I was going 40km per hour. i got thrown from cycle .. landed on the right side of my body. hit my head one time on the ground... after the accident its hand for me to lay on the bed.... whenever i lay on the bed i feel dizzy.... i goes after like 20 seconds ... bt if move my head or body jst a little bit while laying it starts again. sometimes it feels like i am going to vomit. its feels same while i look up or try to get anything from ground bending... or get up from bed
