I sustained head injury in motor vehicle accident January and suffered concussion since with severe pain in tmj eyes cheeks and jaw recent MRI revealed mucus retention cyst in right maxilliary sinus ... prior to head injury no pain or complications or headaches post accident vision disturbance headahes nausea pain in cheeks jaw etc...could this be attributed t injury?

The headache and vision disturbances that you are having could be re4lated to the accident that you had. You need to have an MRI scan of the head to know the extent of injury you have suffered.
