Could Dizziness, Nausea And Stomach Hurt Be Signs Of Positive Pregnancy?

About the last week and a half I have been experiencing nausea/vomiting (not vomiting every day and it s been at different times when it s happened but nausea comes and goes all day) my stomach hurts but I think that is because the nausea makes it difficult to eat. Also have had off and on cold chills and hot flashes. Dizziness a few times and fatigue. I should also say my period is late to. I have a feeling I m pregnant but my other two pregnancies were not like this, pretty mild morning sickness with them.

Hallow Dear,

If you have missed your period, there is high a possibility that you are pregnant. The other symptoms of pregnancy are nausea & vomiting with aversion for food, frequent urination and breast changes (engorgement, tenderness, dark discoloration of nipples & areola with increase in areolar size and secretions from the nipples). These symptoms start sometimes after 6 weeks of pregnancy. If you are suspecting pregnancy, get urine examined for detection of pregnancy after 8-10 days after missing the period. Beta hCG test can give you reliable results even immediately.
