Could Dizzy Spells And Nausea Be Due To Antibiotics?

For two days in a row I have had symptoms of dizziness lying in bed before getting up for the day to the extent that the room spins as if I were drunk. If I quietly and slowly sit up I can get out of bed without falling, or having the unpleasant spinning. However, for several hours later, it is easy to lose my balance so that I am afraid of driving or even of talking a walk with my dogs for fear I will fall or have some other mishap. After taking a nap the symptoms of dizziness subside but don't entirely go away, this on the second day I have waked up with this symptom. I continue to feel queasy and thought I was going to vomit this morning but did not when I ate some applesauce. I had oral surgery four days ago and have been taking three doess a day of antiboitoic amocillin prescribed to prevent infection and a couple of times a pain killer but many hours earlier than the most recent episode. I do take blood pressure medication, Losartan but have been taking it for several years with no side effects, also Amitryptilene, ditto no side effects. I am not scheduled to see my regular primary care doctor until April. Can you suggest what I should do, or just wait it out?
