Could Dizzy Spells And Vertigo Be Related Ear Infection?

I m nausious,dizzy,constantly have vertigo and ear infections. Went to ENT doctor they did testing of a light test,sitting up test, air test,hearing test, and ear pressure test. They said that the nausea dizzy vertigo headaches..was not caused by ear infections but may be caused by my focal seizure but they aren t sure. And I have been sezior free for six years. Please help need answers.

Hi

Ear infections does not cause dizziness or vertigo.Ear infections can only cause pain,discharge ,pus or blood,rise in temperature.

Focal seizures may not present like usual seizure symptoms.It can present as unusual head or eye movements,contraction of body on one side. After confirming diagnosis, Carbamazepine or lamotrigene can be used.

X ray neck may be required to rule out cervical spondylosis.
