I was taking losartin and was having severe dry mouth and low back pain, went off and was tring marcardis, but I decided to try losartin one more time. I have been on it 2 days and I got up with low back pain a n also had severe dry mouth , does ilosartin cause this an why

Yes,Dry mouth and lower back pain can occur with the use of Losartan.
The drug can causes dryness of mouth due to dehydration.Any electrolyte disturbance can also cause dry mouth,fatigue and body pain
