Could Dry Patches On Tummy Of A Breastfed Child Be Due To Intake Of Oysters And Fish By Mother?

My child is breast fed and about 4 months I ate some oysters and fish one day and the next day he had dry patches all over his tummy that turned to lighter colored patches that weren t dry any more. The color has not returned back to normal I would like to know what it is

Does not seems to be because of what you ate.
Just apply some moisturizer /emollient cream it will be alright.
