Could Dust / Silican Full Environment Cause Skin Rash And Itchy Pimples On The Upper Neckline And Back?

I am getting a skin rash that has some dark shading of my skin and itchy pimple like bumps on my upper neckline and back. I also started work at a place that is quite dusty and has a lot of silica in it due to packaging...could that be why this rash is occurring?

Welcome to healthcare magic.
You could be having an allergic contact dermatitis to silica dust. If you are working outdoors, the rash could also be attributed to an allergy to UV rays called as ploymorphic light eruption.
Cover your neck area with clothing to prevent settling of dust in the creases. Splash water onto those areas every 4 hours to get rid of the dust.
If working outdoors , use a sunscreen every 4 hours. For the rash, use a topical corticosteroid containing cream ( fluticasone or hydrocortisone) twice a day for 10-15 days till it heals.
