Could Early Menstruation Along With Vaginal Spotting Be Due To I Pill Intake?

Hi doctor, last month i had my periods on 16th march and then i had an ipill at the end of march just within 24 hrs aftr having sex but the problem is that this month i.e. April i got down on 5th april much ahead of my date n my perios are very regular excluding this month and then i got down my flow is not normal only 4-5 drops per day but this is going on from past 1 week and im experiencing this flow for the past 10 days..the flow is not much but only 2-3 drops now but has not stopped since the day i got down i.e. 5th april..please tell me if this is due to i-pill i took or something else..as this is happening since i had that pill..i hope im not pregnant? I am too scared :(

I really appreciate your concern, with the history of taking some hormone medicine for no pathological reasons then such irregular menses is very likely and this would be some time long lasting, just do nothing now, hope this information helps, take care.
