Could Early Menstruation Be Due To Unwanted 72?

I had sex for the first time on 14 march. I had unwanted 72 on 15 march and then got periods on 22march though my due date is on 8th April And this is my first time. My periods are always regular. Is this is a side effect of pill. Or am I getting pregnant ? Please help me with the same. I am highly worried .

no..you are not pregnant..emergency pills cause some hormonal imbalance which may result in irregular periods. so dont worry..it will be regular on its own after one or two. so just watch for it.
