Could Elevated Body Temperature In A Child Be Due To TB Test?

my 4 3/4 40lb daughter has a fever of 103.5 today after a routine doctor visit and a TB test. I m concerned the fever is a reaction to the test. Is that likely? She has been sick on and off for the last month but was checked carefully by her doctor today and had no apparent infection and her only symptoms were a runny nose.
