Could Enlarged Tonsil In Child Be Related To Histriocytosis?

Hi my daughter(9) has been having an enlarged tonsil for the last year. Recently I discovered a blister on her tonsil. She has been compaining of a sore throat as well. When she was 17 months old she was diagnosed with Langerhan Cell Histiocytosis, both tumors in her head. She was treated with IMRT, and Chemo therapy for six months and all resolved. She has been in remission since she was three. Could this be related to histiocytosis? Does histiocytosis attack the throat?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Histiocytosis can attack any organ in the body at any time once it invades the body of a person. Tonsils are from the lymphoid tissue of the body, hence they can be affected with this condition.

Please see his previous oncologist or treating pediatrician urgently.
