Could Erectile Dysfunction Be Due To Tamsulosin?
I live in Africa where advanced medical services are not readily available. I have been diagnosed with BPH and I take Tamsulosin for it. But my problem is that the Tamsulosin causes me erectile dysfunction. Can I suggest another drug to my doctor here to eliminate this side-effect? A friend tells me he takes Cialis to treat both BPH and ED. Please help.

Tamsulosin does not cause erectile dysfunction but some time cause retrograde ejaculation.
In case of doubt this can be omitted
Option is Terazosin 1mg at bed time later dose can be increase but should be started with low dose
