Could Excess Intake Of Green Tea Affect Pregnancy?
Hello,I had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago, I am trying to become pregnant right now. I love green tee, I drink the one without caffeine I also take several supplements like of course prenatal vitamins, fish oil and something for hair, skin and nails. I also do a lot of sports (elliptical trainer, power walking and running on the treadmill), I do that about 60 to 90mins 5 days a week. I was wondering if too much green tee, the above supplements or the sport can prevent pregnancy or can hurt me if I should be pregnant.
GREEN TEA WONT AFFECT YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING PREGNANT BUT TOO MUCH OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE CAN LEAD TO IRREGULAR PERIODS WHICH WILL AFFTECT THE CHANCES OF GETTING PREGNANT. TRY TO KEEP YOUR BMI BETWEEN 19-25.
