Could Excessive Exercising Have Led To Profuse Sweating In Palms And Foot?

good evening Dr. PVS PRASAD JI, I am Naresh Kumar H. Age 49 suffering with palms sweating and also foot during winter season and in summer season whereas i don't sweat in Rainy season, I do regular walking for 1 hour early morning daily and do some push up and abs work. So please help me in this regard.

Yes, exercise is the main reason why persons sweat more than usual. during exercise, the body temperature rises and to maintain it normal, sweating is increased so that energy can be used to vaporise water and reduce the body's heat content. Remember that for sweating to be effective, the organs must receive enough blood supply. Exercising increases blood supply to these distal structures and this can explain why. What are your fears about this? Do they interfere with your daily activities?
