Could Excessive Weight Training Be The Cause For Elevated Levels Of Liver Enzymes?

Hi, I recently went in for routine bloodwork and the Dr mentioned that my ALT was 72 and my AST was 41. He asked that I go back about 4 weeks later and the levels were higher, the ALT was 96 and AST was 60. I workout at the gym 5 times a week, every evening with weights and cardio. Could excessive weight training cause my liver levels to be out of range.
