Hello doc
I wanted to know how pong will implantation bleeding last
as I missed my last period 8 days back and im experiencing red discharge once or twice a day since yesterday also I got pregnancy test negative
im confused as well as worried to know if I am pregnant

No, without a positive pregnancy test, you can't expect implantation bleeding.
To clarify the picture, go for a blood pregnancy test & a trans-vaginal ultrasound. These tests are likely to give you final diagnosis of your menstrual irregularity.
