Could Exposure To High Amounts Of Pencillium Be The Cause For Headaches?

I have been exposed to aspergillus/Penicillium (high amount) 60,000 what concerns do I face? I have been having headaches, nausea and joint pain. Each year there is more joint pain and now affects walking. What tests can I take to see if that is the cause??

Pencilline can not cause headache ,dizziness and joint pain.she has pain on walking that means she has multiple joint pain since a few years . Investigations are nesesary for diagnosis . Investigations are hb tlc dlc esr RA factor anticcp,uric acid , blood culture for gram positive and negative .
