Could Fatigue, Anxiety And Weight Gain Be Due To Abnormal Thyroid Antibodies?

I have an appointment with an endocrinologist this thursday for abnormal thyroid antibodies. I have fatigue, anxiety, weight gain, muscle stiffness/pain,joint pain, foot pain, headaches, difficulty swallowing, sob, dry eyes, sharp pain from ears to neck, swollen front of neck, swollen glands, no short term memory, palpitations, tachycardia ect.. labs : Test Result* Ref.
