Could Fatigue In Feet Cause Numbness In Corners Of Toes?

Good afternoon. This is a doctor? Yes I have been having numbness in small corners of both my big toes last few days. My job requires lost of vigorous walking often with no rest at all 6 to 8 yes a day, 6 or 7 days per week. My feet get fatigued could this be the cause of numbness?

Numbness is usually caused by compression of nerves. But numbness on both sides is highly unlikely as bilateral nerve compression is a rare phenomenon. Kindly get your blood sugar levels done and if there is pain then take tablet nuberol forte 1xPO twice daily. Thanks,
