Could Feeling Dizzy, Lightheaded And Nauseated Be A Result Of General Anxiety?
Hi, I'm a teenager and I've been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous for a couple years now. I went to the doctor and they said it might be anxiety but I think there is more to the story. I'm also slightly anemic. I always feel this way even when I'm sitting down. Can u help
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Your general doctor might be correct. Feeling dizzy, lightheaded and nauseated etc could be a result of general anxiety. Simply anemic is not enough reason for this problem. Moreover, you are suffering from this for two years. Over and above, your doctor is your correct judge. If you do not believe in what he said, do consult another doctor whom you trust and get yourself examined. Then BELIEVE. Just by thinking that why this is happening to me, you can have any symptoms. That is the power of mind. Understand and ignore.
Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
