Could Foul Odor From Mouth And Nose Be Due To Acid Reflux Or Sinus Problem?
Hello , I've been experiencing a problem for a couple of weeks involving a very foul odor coming from my nose & mouth , My mom says it might be acid reflux or my sinus . But I've tried Apple Cider Vinegar & even lemon to cut the scent but it still hasn't helped & people around can smell it also . When I cover my mouth , they don't smell it but when it's uncovered they smell the odor

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have foul smell ( halitosis ) coming out of your mouth . Well there can be many reasons for foul smell like acid reflux , upper respiratory infection , sinusitis and any kind of dental infection ( abscess , gingivitis or periodontitis ) . If there is sore throat along with dry cough and heart burn like symptoms then foul smell is probably due to acid reflux in this case consult gastroenterologist . If there is symptoms like pressure on face or jaw along with congestion and headache then foul smell is probably due to sinusitis then consult ENT specialist . If there are no such symptoms then there must be dental infection or gum infection then consult dentist .
