Could Frequent Menstruation Be The Symptom Of Menopause Or Hypothyroidism?
How do I know if I am entering menopause or if I have hypothyroidism? I just had my period a week ago and it started again today, I ve always been pretty regular. I ve also noticed slow weight gain and difficulty getting rid of the gain. I m very active and eat moderately clean. Im also tired and forgetful lately, but I work many hours and in different settings throughout the day. I m 45yrs old.
Hi.. Welcome to HCM.. Either menopause or hypothyroidism usually cause less frequent periods rather than more frequent.. In the early stage of menopause there can be irregular periods sometimes.. Do some regular exercise to keep you active like moderate walking and practise healthy food habits.. Hope this information helps you..Take care..
