Could Frequent Nose Bleeding Be Due To Dry Weather Conditions?

I have been having frequent nosebleeds lately, and I dont know if that is normal from the dry weather or not? I usually get them to stop within 10 mintues or less but then after about a day or two when I feel like I have alot of mucus in my nose how do I get to drain that without it bleeding all over again? Also how long does it take a nosebleed to completely heal?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have frequent nose bleeding due to dry weather conditions Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like exposure to warm, dry air for prolonged periods of time, nasal and sinus infections, allergic rhinitis, nasal foreign body ,vigorous nose blowing and deviated or perforated nasal septum. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may check vitals , take history , order CT scan and blood test. Doctor may also order nasal endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics, decongestants and may recommend surgery in case of nasal polyp and other condition. Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist .
