Hi,

As a fellow healthcare professional, I recommend that you seek medical attention promptly to evaluate the cause of your pain. While the pain may be related to your pregnancy or some other condition, it is important to rule out any potential complications such as appendicitis.

Symptoms of appendicitis can vary but typically include right lower abdominal pain, fever, nausea, and vomiting. However, during pregnancy, the pain can also present in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen. Therefore, it is best to consult with your obstetrician or seek emergency medical care if you experience severe or persistent pain, fever, or other concerning symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
